When you or a member of your family are hospitalized, you want to know the medical provider is a caring and experienced healthcare professional. Eric Snyder DNP, APRN-CNP, is a doctor of nursing practice who specializes in acute care, and he works as a hospitalist to ensure that Trinity Hospital Twin City inpatients receive the best quality of care. 

Eric has more than fourteen years experience in nursing and medical care, including ten years as a staff and critical care nurse prior to becoming an acute care nurse practitioner in 2012, and a doctor of nursing practice in May 2015. He earned his bachelor of science degree in nursing at Chamberlain College, his master of science degree in nursing at Kent State University, and his doctor of nursing practice degree at Otterbein College.

Eric became an advanced practice nurse because he wanted to give back and serve the community. He resides at Cambridge with his wife and twin daughters.

Eric Snyder specializes in acute care and works as a hospitalist for Trinity Hospital Twin City's inpatients.

 During his educational training, Eric earned several undergraduate and graduate level academic honors.

 Eric enjoys playing golf and basketball, riding motorcycles, and flying airplanes.

Eric noted that the privilege of being able to help people during their great time of need is the most rewarding aspect of being a doctor of nursing practice.

Eric was drawn to serve the people of the Twin City area because the people in our community are so friendly and down-to-earth.

He chose to join the Trinity Hospital Twin City medical team thanks to the great working atmosphere with an emphasis on teamwork.
