Registration is now open for the Saturday, October 12th Dennison Rotary Fall Health Check-up.
Our blood screening tests will assist you in monitoring your health and making adjustments to your lifestyle to improve your physical condition. Screenings will be held Saturday, October 12th, and Saturday, October 26th with appointment times available from 5:15 am to 10:30 am while appointment timeslots remain.
The $50.00 basic profile includes over 50 blood tests to give you information to make adjustments to your lifestyle:
Calcium, Cholesterol, Diabetes, Infection, Thyroid Function, Triglycerides and more.
Additional Testing is Available:
ALL additional tests are now available at the time of pre-registration.
Colorectal Test Kit $20.00
You can now pre-register for this take home test which can detect blood in the colon or rectum – a sign of colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer can often be cured if caught early.
Hemoglobin A1C Test for Diabetes $15.00
This test shows how well your blood sugar is being controlled. It provides an average of your blood sugar control over a 6-12 week period.
Prostate Specific Antigen Test for Men (PSA) $15.00
This test is used to screen men for prostate cancer.
Urine Micro Albumin $25.00
You can now pre-register for this test. It will detect early signs of kidney damage in people with diabetes, high blood pressure other others who are at risk of developing kidney disease.
Vitamin D Test $25.00
This test detects both high and low levels of Vitamin D which can cause health problems.
Thyroid Test Bundle $80.00
This bundle of tests includes the T3, T4, and Free T3. These tests are in addition to the thyroid test that is provided in the basic panel (TSH) that is included as part of the health check-up for every Rotary Blood Profile participant. This additional test bundle will assist you and your physician to assess and monitor thyroid function and to diagnose hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, or to monitor treatment of a person with a known thyroid disorder. Hormones made by the thyroid gland help regulate your metabolism, can affect how fast your heart beats, how deep you breathe, and whether you gain or lose weight. They can also help control your body temperature, cholesterol levels, and women's menstrual cycles, just to name a few important roles that your thyroid has in regulating your body and body function.
All test results are mailed directly to your home for your privacy.
