Register now to join us for this free, guided wellness walk and health talk on Monday, May 14th at 4:30 pm at the Dover City Park, 2421 N. Wooster Avenue. The group will meet at the pond located near the back of the park after the baseball fields.
Those who attend will enjoy a walk through the park with Trinity Hospital Twin City’s certified diabetes educator, LuAnn Beavers-Willis, MSN, RN. Beavers-Willis will share tips about ways to make healthy choices for those who live with diabetes and other chronic conditions. In case of inclement weather, the group will meet under one of the nearby picnic shelters at the park.
All area residents who have diabetes or other chronic conditions are encouraged to attend, and family and friends are also welcome.
