Walk-In's (between 5:15 am and 10:15 am) are welcome for an extra $5 processing fee. Registration is now full for the Dennison Rotary / Trinity Hospital Twin City Bi-Annual Blood Screening for this Saturday, October 28th. Our blood screening tests will assist you in monitoring your health and making adjustments to your lifestyle to improve your physical condition.
The $40.00 basic profile includes over 50 blood tests to give you information to make adjustments to your lifestyle:
Anemia, Calcium, Cholesterol, Diabetes, Gout, Infection, Iron Deficiency, Kidney Function,
Liver Function, Phosphorous, Thyroid Function, Triglycerides and more.
Additional Testing is Available:
ALL additional tests are now available at the time of pre-registration.
Colorectal Test Kit $15.00
You can now pre-register for this take home test which can detect blood in the colon or rectum – a sign of colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer can often be cured if caught early.
Hemoglobin A1C Test for Diabetes $15.00
This test shows how well your blood sugar is being controlled. It provides an average of your blood sugar control over a 6-12 week period.
Prostate Specific Antigen Test for Men (PSA) $15.00
This test is used to screen men for prostate cancer.
Urine Micro albumin $25.00
You can now pre-register for this test. It will detect early signs of kidney damage in people with diabetes, high blood pressure other others who are at risk of developing kidney disease.
Vitamin D Test $25.00
This test detects both high and low levels of Vitamin D which can cause health problems.
All test results are mailed directly to your home for your privacy.
