Love Your Heart Free Event

Join us in the fight against heart disease. This event includes a free mini health assessment to include health screenings, a health fair, and more. 

In honor of February as American Heart Month, we invite all local residents to this event about heart health. The event will feature a presentation and question and answer session with Dr. McKnight, Fit for Life Director. Those who attend can also enjoy a health fair and learn how to make positive heart healthy choices in order to eat healthy, manage stress, and keep moving.

You won't want to miss this free mini seminar which will include healthy snacks, free health screenings, educational handouts, and the chance to win door prizes. Our staff will also be available to answer questions about heart health services at Trinity Hospital Twin City.
