Register now to join us for this free support group meeting for those with diabetes and their family/friends who support them. This month's featured topic will be "Managing Eye Health with Diabetes." Come learn about how diabetes can affect your eyesight and what you can do to minimize risks. Guest speaker will be Dr. Matthew Hurst, optometrist.
