This date is currently full.  However, walk-ins are accepted for an additional $5 processing fee on the day of the event.Thank you for your interest in the Rotary health testing.  After giving a sample of blood, we will run a broad range of over 50 blood tests to give you the information you need to make adjustments to your lifestyle to look and feel your best!  Registration for this OCTOBER 11TH  date is currently closed. There are plenty of appointment times available on the next event, being held on Saturday October 25th; feel free to go back and choose that date to register for an appointment.
