Trinity Hospital Twin City will host Choosing Vitamins & Supplements 101, a free mini-seminar presented by Dr. Tim McKnight. Dr. McKnight will explain what vitamins and supplements are recommended and what benefits can be gained by taking them. He will also discuss how to select the right vitamins and supplements for your optimal health.

Dr. McKnight is a Board Certified Family Physician who founded the popular Trinity Hospital Twin City Fit for Life wellness program. You won't want to miss this mini seminar which will include healthy snacks, handouts, and the chance to win door prizes.
